Due to the limited nature of my work, no exchanges or returns are possible, except for prints. Please read all descriptions and measurements before ordering. If you need your order faster or for a special occasion, please e-mail me immediately and I will try my best to accommodate.
Packing and shipping can take up to 5-7 days, although I am usually able to ship faster, your patience is appreciated. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
As such a small operation, all shipping is at the purchasers own risk, and I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you would like insurance added to your shipment, please email me immediately upon placing your order and we can arrange for that.
Most items are made from delicate materials and papers, I recommend handling all with care before framing. If you prefer for me to handle framing, let me know via email as well, and we can arrange an invoice for framing.
